Shipping policy
Don’t worry, The Himalayan Yeti’s got your shipping covered. The mountains are hardly a hindrance from delivering our orders on time. Customer orders will be confirmed within 2-3 hours of payment (If applicable). The confirmed ordered would take about 3-7 days from dispatch to be delivered to your doorstep. Upon confirmation of the order, domestic orders across India would take between 3-7 days for the delivery to be completed while we offer same-day delivery for orders in and around Hyderabad, Telangana.
A shipping cost (variable depending on the location) would be levied upon the users for orders below INR 1200 (subject to company policy). Any order costing above the specified amount would be eligible for Free Shipping within India. In case our logistics partners have restrictions delivering to certain locations or pin-codes, your orders will be fulfilled by alternate means, which could delay the delivery time to beyond the promised 7 days. Moreover, International orders cannot be facilitated at this point in time.
As mentioned earlier, orders confirmed within Hyderabad, India would be fulfilled on the same day. However, in case of a delay, the delivery/shipping fee (if any, in case the order value is below 1200 INR) for the same would be waived off (in line with the company policy).
The respective confirmed orders can be tracked via the tracking link sent to the customer’s email address or phone number (Whatsapp). Updates on the same In case of a delay in delivering your order beyond the stipulated time of 3- 7 days, the customer will be eligible for a discount on their next order (except for delayed deliveries to restricted pin codes).
In case a particular product is out of stock, the customer will be notified of the same before the order is shipped and the customers will be allowed to modify their order accordingly.
Payment Modes
Despite hailing from the mountains, technology is top-notch at The Himalayan Yeti. Customers can pay for their respective orders using various secure payment options through Razorpay, Paytm, Visa, Mastercard, UPI, and Cash On Delivery (COD), if applicable. In case there are issues related to Payment, please reach out to care@thehimalayanyeti.co.in e for a quick resolution.
Note:
COD will not be accepted for orders above INR 1000 (subject to company policy). About time we go digital, people. In case COD is the selected mode of payment, a standard fee of ₹50 will be applicable (subject to company policy).
Return & Refund Policy
At The Himalayan Yeti, all your products are crafted with care, infused with natural and premium ingredients, with formulations designed to cater to your needs. The aim is to ensure maximum satisfaction for all customers at The Himalayan Yeti and in case you’re not satisfied with your experience, please send an email across at care@thehimalayanyeti.co.in e and your issues will be resolved as best as possible.
In case a product needs to be returned, The Himalayan Yeti would bear the shipping fee for the returned products considering the products haven’t been tampered with and are in their original condition. A refund for the same would be processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving the returned products. The customer can pick how the refund is to be provided.
